Shipping Policy
If the artwork is readily available, it will be shipped between 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. For 'Made to Order' artwork, the number of days required for shipping will be communicated to the customer after confirmation from the artist.

Return Policy
We happily accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

When can you return the article:

Received a damaged art piece

Received a wrong art piece

Refund method:
The refund will be initiated to your original payment account

Refund process time:

We will take 2 days after the date of receipt of returned parcel at our end for the investigation.

After investigation, if found the complaint as genuine, refund will be initiated within 2 days for articles which are eligible for refund

Normally it takes 2-10 working days after refund is initiated.

For damaged articles, refunds will be given including shipping ( please send courier receipt to us)

Conditions of Return:

If the courier parcel is visibly damaged while receipt, please take a video or photo while unboxing the article which can be evidence in case package is damaged during the shipping.

If article is damaged during shipping, customer must send the picture of the damaged article either by contacting us or WhatsApp. Refund will be initiated after investigation.

Damaged/Faulty items do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid further damage during the return shipping process..

Return Address - Please do not send your return to the address on your package. We will communicate the address to return the package.

Customized/Personalized art piece (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

We will not accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse or tampering or damaged or in unsellable condition.
